The Last Of Us series, inspired by the Playstation game, had quite a marked success on HBO, so many expect a season 2. Ramsey commented in an interview with the BBC that The Last of Us season 2 is possible. Part of her statement was, “If people keep watching, I think is pretty likely. It’s down to the guys at HBO”. He later said, “There’s nothing confirmed yet so we’ll have to wait and see.”

Ramsey’s opinion makes sense considering that the game also had several parts. This would imply that HBO could have The Last of Us season 2 in production. However, this does not mean that it would resemble the plot of the second part of the game.

HBO also likes to take advantage of the opportunity to make the most of successful series on its streaming platform. Therefore The Last of Us season 2 would be great for ratings, and if we add a new House of the Dragon series, it could catapult revenues that are not at their best.

The story is told after a strange virus almost eradicated life on earth. Many human beings became a kind of Zombie that turns others by biting them. In this opportunity, we will see Joel, a mercenary who hardened his heart, who must move Ellie, a 14-year-old girl with the key to save the world in her blood.

Of course, many groups want to prevent this from happening—especially those who took control of the situation and ruled dictatorially.

The story has a symbiotic background that involves. The reason is that Ellie cannot live without Joel and vice versa. The reason is that Ellie gave him a reason to live and move on, and she would not survive long without this fighter’s protection.

As you can see, the plot has many nuances that trap the viewer. The Last Of Us Season 2 is possible, considering the stories that the game opens.
