Before announcing the strongest jutsu, here are other powerful jutsu powers (from #5 to #2). Starting off at spot number 5, we have the Chidori. Kakashi created this powerful lightning jutsu by forming a lightning chakra ball in his hand. Moreover, Sasuke utilized this power and even evolved it.

That being said, the powers that share the title of the strongest jutsu are Infinite Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, and Kamui, and Chibaku Tensei. Here are the short descriptions for each of these. 

The Infinite Tsukuyomi is undoubtedly one of the strongest Jutsu powers in the entire Naruto franchise. Only the users of the Mangekyo Sharingan can utilize this power, although it has severe consequences on the user’s body. This power is a form of a very powerful genjutsu. The jutsu bends time and space, pulling the enemy into a different dimension. For example, Itachi used it on Kakashi in a short battle. However, what seemed like being stabbed for an eternity to Kakashi was only a second in Itachi’s ultimate power. 

Next, we have Amaterasu. Just like Tsukuyomi, only the users of the Mangekyo Sharingan can use this jutsu, which makes it all the more difficult to master. This ability creates non-extinguishable black flames. These flames only and only burn out when their target is either dead or destroyed. 

Another powerful jutsu is Kamui. Obito Uchiha mastered this Sharingan power. This jutsu gives the user the ability to shift elements into another dimension in a millisecond, including parts of one’s body. This is the ultimate defense jutsu, as one can avoid the attacks easily.

And lastly, one of the strongest jutsu possessed by the Sharingan Users include the Chibaku Tensei. While we only saw the tiny black moon which Pain created, the real powers of this jutsu have major consequences upon the world.
