Yuta’s Domain Expansion Finally Revealed

After killing off some of our all-time favorite anime characters such as Nanami, the Jujutsu Kaisen creator Gege Akutami seemingly put a hold on the Shibuya Incident. However, after a short break, the Jujutsu Kaisen manga chapter 249 has finally been released, revealing awesome battle details such as Yuta’s domain expansion. Here’s what we know so far.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Plot: Yuta’s Domain Expansion

Based on Gege Akutami’s manga series Jujutsu Kaisen, the anime under the same title has reached major success across the two seasons we’ve seen so far. Although we’d love for more characters to actually stay alive this time, we finally have more details about the manga.

Since the anime follows the manga closely, we can finally reveal that Yuta is going to battle Sukuna himself soon. Yuta arrives on the battlefield after defeating Kenjaku. He directly confronts Sukuna with the help of Rika. 

What’s more, Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 249 finally revealed Yuta’s Domain Expansion. After he and Rika launch a successful attack on Sukuna, Yuta activates his Domain Expansion, the True and Mutual Love. The domain shows countless Katanas. 

Sukuna attempts to counter this domain with Hollow Whisker. Luckily, Yuta swiftly slashes him with Thin Ice Breaker, a technique he learned from Uro. Although it only causes slight damage to Sukuna’s face, Yuta remains determined to bring an end to everything within his domain. 

To counter Sukuna, Yuta strategizes to use Angel’s Sure-hit CT while simultaneously sealing half of Sukuna’s arms and mouths. Ultimately, it is Yuji who will deliver the final blow to Sukuna, swiftly striking him to separate Megumi’s soul from his body using his own technique. This way, Yuta’s domain expansion and Yuji’s power finally put a stop to the Shibuya massacre. 

Does Gojo Satoru Die?

Apart from Yuta’s Domain Expansion, fans are still grieving over Gojo Satoru’s death. While we already covered this before, with the new chapters coming out, there’s a chance that our favorite sensei is actually dead. We officially saw the moment Sukuna slashed him in half. 

However, MAPPA’s Jujutsu Kaisen lays the groundwork for Gojo’s potential return to the franchise. How?

Well, the first option is Gojo Satoru using the reversed cursed technique on himself in order to heal himself. Moreover, the second option includes Takaba actually reviving him. 

Thankfully, we do know that Ui Ui transported Gojo’s body safely with the teleportation curse. This opens the doors to his possible revival! At least, we know that he may have a peaceful death, unlike his best friend (cries in SatoSugu). One thing we know for sure is that Yuta’s Domain Expansion may have the power to stop Sukuna for good.
