Disney continues to bet on developments from the Marvel universe to push each of the platforms. Not only with the Moon Knight series or the recent announcement of Deadpool 3, but now we have a new Ms. Marvel saga. In this show, we will have a much younger superheroine discovering her powers.

The general public has not seen the new Ms. Marvel production, but critics did, and they’re posting their reviews on several sites. The results in each one were similar, having a great acceptance and good reviews. Ms. Marvel scored 95% on Rotten Tomatoes, a pretty high figure for a series.

In many of the comments on the platform, they catalog it as a fresher version of the heroine. They also highlight the special effects, as well as its plot and the casting choice. We will have to wait a few hours after its premiere to know the general public’s response.

Ms. Marvel Receives a Score of 95%

The acceptance of Ms. Marvel on Rotten Tomatoes was almost perfect. The series debuted with 100% acceptance among the different critics of this website. However, as the reviews came in, they dropped slightly, having a 95% acceptance rate out of 113 reviews published so far.

The acceptance of this series is, for the moment, higher than other renowned movies of the Marvel Universe, as is the case of Dr. Strange 2, which had an 87% acceptance on the website. We will see how the comments of the different critics flow and how much their score ends up on the Rotten Tomatoes website.

We can detail the publications that highlight the cast, production, and actors. Some of the comments we found in the reviews are the following.

At least Emma Fraser from IGN stated,

“Directors Adil and Bilall immediately draw us in with solid visual flourishes, and Iman Vellani is a stunning leading lady. AvengerCon isn’t quite on the scale we’d expect, but the series is off to a bold start..”

Another who commented was Alan Sepinwall from Rolling Stone Magazine,

“the writing, directing (the premiere is helmed by the Belgian duo known as Adil & Bilall), and performances add shading that in the series’ best moments evoke classics of the genre, like My So-Called Life.”

Caroline Framke of Variety highlighted,

“watching Kamala try to finesse her skills proves satisfying, in large part thanks to Vellani’s palpable enthusiasm and easy chemistry with Lintz’s Bruno, Kamala’s steadfast wingman.”

Disney does not stop using the Marvel Universe to boost its streaming platform. The new Ms. Marvel series intends to continue the Marvel connection between shows and movies. Indeed, fans and the general audience will have the final words, but for now, Ms. Marvel scored 95% on rotten tomatoes, and the reviews are excellent.
