Meanwhile, according to reports from CanWeGetSomeToast, filming on the upcoming Disney+ series is proceeding apace. Production has reportedly completed nine of the proposed 18 episodes. It will also mark the halfway point of the production schedule, as revealed by the series’ stunt coordinator Philip J. Silvera.

It’s been reported that the 18-episode series will be released in two separate batches, each consisting of nine episodes. The first batch focuses on tying up loose ends from previous storylines, while the second half will introduce a new narrative that may intersect with the events of Spider-Man 4.

Daredevil and The Punisher Together Again

In addition, in other Daredevil updates, behind-the-scenes photos have surfaced online. These show Charlie Cox in his Daredevil costume and Jon Bernthal as The Punisher, providing fans with a peek behind the curtain. The series is presently in production in Brooklyn, New York.

The Punisher is set to play a significant role in the upcoming show. Earlier set photos have also hinted at the return of another major antagonist: Bullseye!

Vanessa Marianna Fisk Will be Back to Daredevil

On Sunday, images emerged featuring Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk, also known as the Kingpin, alongside Ayelet Zurer reprising her role as Vanessa Marianna Fisk in Daredevil: Born Again. Take a look at the embedded image below for a glimpse of both actors in character.

Marvel Studios recently undertook a substantial creative overhaul for Daredevil: Born Again. This decision stemmed from internal feedback about the series’ original emphasis on the legal aspects of Matt Murdock’s character. They will also delay his transformation into Daredevil until the fourth episode. The renewed series is now expected to prioritize action and violence. In this way it will be more aligned with the tone and style of Netflix’s Daredevil adaptation.
