Three more episodes will be added to the Marvel Studio Legends series, which will revolve around Black Panther, Disney+ confirms. Disney’s Marvel Studio Legends series (created in collaboration with Marvel) took off in January 2021, with the first episode telling the story of Wanda Maximoff.

Most of the MCU fans can agree on this: Marvel Studio Legends series offer a very nostalgic, emotional compilation of their favorite heroes, with many details that have never been disclosed prior to the release.

Marvel Studio Legends Episodes about Black Panther

The series, currently 21 episodes long, contains episodes about Marvel legends such as Winter Soldier, Hawk, Thor, and Jane Foster. The following episode is scheduled to air on November 4th, 2022. It will tell us the emotional story of King T’Challa, along with the next two stories about Princess Shuri and Dora Milaje.

All these three episodes are going to air worldwide exactly one week before the premiere of ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’. This heartwarming news hit the fans right in the feelings because of the tragic loss of Chadwick Boseman.

These episodes, which are going to recapitulate the history of Wakanda and their former king, will wholeheartedly honor Chadwick. However, they will also reveal many details about the kingdom of Wakanda after the loss of their king.

They might even give us more hints as to who is going to be the next ruler! Namely, ever since Marvel Studios dropped the first trailer for ‘Black Panther‘ sequel a couple of months ago, fans have been wondering who the woman warrior in the trailer is.

Our strong guess is that the female warrior that appears in the trailer is Princess Shuri. She is, indeed, T’Challa’s sister. It feels natural for her to honor her brother and protect his legacy.

‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ Trailer Details

Apart from the new Marvel Studio Legends series episodes, ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ will hit the theater screens on November 11th.

What the trailer revealed is Mutant Namor taking advantage of Wakanda’s loss. The opening scene shows Queen Ramonda and Princess Shuri having a goodbye ceremony for King T’Challa.

The following cut scenes also discuss the strength of the Talocan King. M’Baku says ‘Killing him will risk eternal war’, giving us a hint of what may happen.

In the final moments of the trailer, we see a female warrior, whose armor has King T’Challa’s embellishments. It goes without saying that this warrior is most likely Princess Shuri. She is about to enter a war with Ramonda, who said ‘They have lost their protector. Now is our time to strike.’

Marvel Studios decided not to recast anyone other than Chadwick Boseman for the role of King T’Challa, respectfully. This decision gave the Boseman family and the whole Marvel crew a chance to mourn the loss of an amazing young actor.

Lupita Nyong’o (Nakia) about Boseman

“He affected how I move in the world. But that’s the thing about Chadwick. Chadwick wasn’t trying to have everyone be like him. What he inspired was you to be your best self.”
