The Flash Actor Ezra Miller Avoids Jail By Cutting A Deal

The case of The Flash actor Ezra Miller took a new turn. The actor faces a charge of breaking and burglary. Miller agreed to plead guilty to the charges to avoid jail time. According to sources, if the trial goes through, the actor could face a 26-year prison term for the burglary.
However, Miller made a deal to give him a suspended sentence of 89 to 90 days. This would result from the misdemeanor offense of entering a dwelling without permission. This deal has already been submitted to the Vermont Superior Court in Bennington. This institution accepted the conditions, adding two fines for the actor. This includes $692 and one year of probation.

The first $500 is from the fine itself, and the remaining $192 is for a late fee. After Ezra Miller pays the fine, he will be released on probation, making it possible to promote The Flash. Recall that this production is awaiting the legal problems of its protagonist. If Ezra Miller breaches his probation conditions, he would have to return to prison for a long time.
If all goes well, it could mean a return to DC, considering James Gunn and Peter Safran did not close the door on him, unlike Cavill and Gal Gadot.
Ezra Miller is also undergoing mental health treatment, which seems to be paying off as the actor has not starred in any incidents for months.

This is a question that looms over both the film and the actor. First, if there will be a sequel to The Flash with Ezra Miller, considering the fact that the first one could have an interesting success. However, there are other elements to consider, the first one being the state of DC at the moment.
It is well known the situation of DC Films is on the verge of collapse. The Warner Bros. subsidiary has no defined course, and the last movies were a failure. For example, in the case of Black Adam, despite all the marketing they did, they did not reach 400 million dollars at the box office.
Another point to consider is whether Warner wants Ezra Miller. A few months ago, the company stated that it did not have much confidence in the actor because of his behavior.
On the other hand, Warner Bros. has already prepared the script for Flash 2. The major already commented that its development depends on the good performance of this first part. However, this was before the arrival of Peter Safran and James Gunn.
For now, both executives gave little information about the new plots we will see in the DC universe. This includes The Flash with Ezra Miller, in which it is not known how the plot of the movie will end up.
