Marvel and Disney just dropped the first trailer for Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania, which looks incredible. The upcoming sequel to Ant-Man and The Wasp will be available in the next few months. Despite the closeness of the release date between this film and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, neither Disney nor Marvel had commented or shared any details on Ant-Man. Only those who attended Disney’s D23 event saw a 3-minute trailer.

However, the public never saw that video; therefore, few knew the details of the movie. Information about Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania was quite scarce until a few moments ago. The marketing departments seem to be starting their movement towards this production. They started the noise on Twitter, where people deducted the new trailer would drop today.

The Trailer for Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania is Here

It seems Disney and Marvel’s marketing departments had some fun on Twitter. Users found the following post on the official Ant-Man Twitter account, “T̶i̶n̶y̶ BIG things [are] coming…”. Disney already confirmed that the publication is authentic and that they are responsible for it.

That did not stop there, as Asad Ayaz, Disney’s president of Marketing and Yazmin Slim, senior manager of digital marketing at Disney, retweeted the publication. Both added the emoticon of amazed, showing big eyes. The reference to big and small made us think of Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania.

In the trailer, we can see the return of Scott Lang and Hope Van Dyne to face what could be the most potent enemy they have had so far: Kang, the Conqueror. We also see that Cassie Lang, Scott’s daughter, will follow in her father’s footsteps by becoming Stature. We also see Janet Van Dyne and Hank Pym back in the lab with our protagonists, helping them on their upcoming mission.

The Twitter account also posted this fantastic poster putting Kang in the film’s centre. That makes us think of Kang as a sort of Thanos for the next phase of the MCU.

More Details About the Movie

As for the film, we know that The Wasp and Ant-Man go to the Quantum Realm. The reason for their visit to this tiny realm is to rescue Cassie, the protagonist’s daughter, trapped in this dimension. The Wasp’s mother, Janet Van Dyne, will guide them in this rescue mission, as she was a resident of the Quantum Realm for quite a while. However, the Quantum realm has several surprises in store, such as monsters, and Krylar, who is possibly a lover. He will most likely pick a fight and even kidnap Janet into submission.

Another character we saw in the trailer is Kang: The Conqueror of Worlds. The version of this character is the one who mastered the control of time, considering the end of Loki, when he sees in the office of the Time-keepers, the statue of this character.
