The first (of many) Disney+ Day has given fans of various franchises plenty of things to look forward to! And while the streaming event did give us a few new short or streamable films, it mostly got us feeling excited about things that are far away, like Baymax series. Fortunately, one thing isn’t so far away: Hawkeye. Disney+ Day brought us an extended sneak peek at Hawkeye, and we’re already counting down the days until the premiere.

The extended teaser starts by showing us the stakes for Clint Barton, one of our favorite “weakest Avengers.” He has a family that needs him to come home and a life worth fighting for. Meanwhile, Kate Bishop is young enough to want nothing more than cool costumes and impressive fighting skills. She also wants a mentor, and Hawkeye is the perfect one for her. Her reluctant role model helps her out on a high-speed chase filled with appropriate Christmas music, guns, and trick arrows.

While the car chase is the highlight of the sneak peek, we also get short clips of other things that we can expect in the series. Who would have thought that a series about Hawkeye could become one of the most anticipated Marvel series out there? The hard-not-to-love Hailee Steinfeld’s charismatic acting looks like it’ll work well with the more subdued Avenger portrayal of Jeremy Renner, and we can’t wait to see them bounce off of each other while bouncing arrows into others.

The footage in this extended sneak peek at Hawkeye from Disney+ Day shows us what is coming when the series drops its first two episodes on November 24th, 2021.

Readers, we’re trying to get ready for the debut of Hawkeye, and we’re more excited for it than we are for Santa to come next month. Let us know how you think it’ll hold up against the other Disney+ shows and what your expectations are for the show.
