Maggie Stiefvater’s The Wolves of Mercy Falls
Known for her novel franchises The Wolves of Mercy Falls, The Raven Cycle, and The Scorpio Races, Maggie Stiefvater is one of the best-selling and most popular YA authors. Shiver is the first novel in Maggie Stiefvater’s The Wolves of Mercy Falls franchise.
The bestseller tells the story of Grace and Sam. Grace spent years watching the wolf eyes in the nearby forest. While she did have a traumatic experience as a kid, a specific yellow-eyed wolf saved her.
She will soon find out that this wolf is Sam. However, not everything is sunshine and rainbows. Sam is facing a serious situation, in which he may have to remain in the wolf state forever. As he imprinted on Grace and wants a life with her in his human form, he needs help to stay human now.
Andy Fickman picked up this story and decided to finally create the Shiver movie! He will work closely with the author Maggie Stiefvater. In addition, Addam Bramich is going to sit in the producer’s chair.

Shiver Movie Casting
It’s official! After years of waiting for someone to pick up one of Maggie Stiefvater’s masterpieces, we are finally getting the Shiver movie.
When it comes to the potential casting for the upcoming Shiver movie adaptation, fans already voiced their opinion years ago. Therefore, here are some of their guesses and wishes. The main characters, Grace and Sam, are first on the list.
Firstly, some of the actresses that would fit the role of Grace Brisbane are Dove Cameron, Josephine Langford, Zoey Deutch, and Nicola Peltz Beckham. On the other hand, actors who could easily pull off Sam’s character include Douglas Booth and Theo James.
Apart from the main two characters, we’d love to see Teen Wolf’s star Cody Christian as Cole, or maybe Drew Van Acker. Yet another great Teen Wolf actor Tyler Hoechlin, as well as Stranger Things star Dacre Montgomery, would both fit the role of Beck.
Lastly, the important female characters Rachel and Olivia also have been chosen by fans. For example, Holland Roden and Samara Weaving are great for portraying Rachel.
