Jamie Foxx Health Condition, Actor Breaks Silence And Shares Details About It

Since April 2023, Jamie Foxx’s health condition is uncertain after he suffered a sort of collapse after filming. His family and friends proceeded to take him to the clinic. This generated a wave of rumors indicating that he was on the verge of death, which his daughter Caroline Foxx denied.

Now Jamie Foxx spoke for the first time about his health condition since the incident. He appears in a video talking about his current state. He also took the opportunity to thank everyone for the good wishes, attention and for saving his life. By his comments, he implied that, at one point, his life was at risk. However, this is over; he is happy and ready to move forward.

Jamie Foxx Shares Details of His Health Condition on Social Media

In a social media post, actor Jamie Foxx shared a video explaining his current condition. The actor indicated that he was well and out of danger. Foxx also thanked all the fans and friends who prayed for him and wished him a speedy recovery. 

He thanked his daughters for acting promptly, taking care of him in his critical health condition and saving his life. He also highlighted his family’s participation in not revealing or letting information about his situation be leaked. The actor did not want these details to circulate. On this, Jamie Foxx commented on his reasons:

“I know a lot of people were waiting or wanting to hear updates, but to be honest with you. I just didn’t want to be seen like this, man. Want to be seen laughing, having fun, partying, telling a joke, doing a movie, a TV show. I didn’t want them to see me with tubes coming out of me and trying to figure out if I would make it.”

On the actions of his daughters and medical staff, he stated. “To them, to God, to a lot of great medical people, I can leave this video. I can’t tell you how good it feels to have your family step in like that, and you know they kept it airtight. They didn’t let anything slip out, Also, they protected me and that’s what I hope everyone can have at times like this.”

Jamie Foxx had already shown signs of a better health condition when he was spotted at a physical rehabilitation center in Chicago. It provides medical services for people with physical problems stemming from brain injuries or major physical damage.

The actor also commented on rumors that he had died or that he had been blinded or paralyzed. Jamie Foxx exclaimed that his health condition is perfect. In his statements, he pointed out that he could still see and that his eyes are also 100% functional. He even made a joke with them. The actor also stressed that his legs are fine and that he is ready to work, film a series or movie.

The actor took the opportunity to make a joke about the possibility that a clone or an actor made this appearance with a mask. Foxx made the gesture of trying to remove his mask and indicated that it was him and that he was not a clone or an understudy. 

He emphasized the fact that he came back from the dead and even returned from hell and thanked his family and God for it. This reveals that Jamie Foxx’s health condition was very serious. However, he was in good spirits to work and even sing with his family. He also stated that he made the video in one take, implying that the danger is over and he is in the final recovery process.
