Reed Richards Fantastic Four, Rumors Point To Adam Driver As The One

We recently talked about the leak of some actresses being considered for the role of the Invisible Woman, as is the case of Vanessa Kirby. Now an insider shared a leak about another actor joining this superhero team. As the release of this movie approaches, casting rumors continue to grow. Adam Driver is the latest actor being targeted to play Reed Richards in the Fantastic Four movie. This actor, famous for his role as Kylo Ren in the last Star Wars trilogy, is sounding strong to enter the MCU.

According to insider Daniel Richtman, Marvel Studios and Adam Driver are already in talks to finalize the role of Reed Richards in the Fantastic Four movie. The Star Wars antagonist was one of the main actors, along with Diego Luna and Penn Badgley, for this role. Regardless, the directors preferred the 65 star.

Driver’s inclusion makes sense, considering he already knows the Disney studio and its working method due to his participation in the Star Wars trilogy. This actor is characterized by the energy he puts into each scene, trying to make it look as good as possible. This is an aspect for which many directors appreciate him.

As we know, there has yet to be a confirmation from the production company about who will be the chosen one. However, the insider who leaked such information has a good reputation for making predictions of this kind. The casting to find Reed Richards for the upcoming Fantastic Four movie formally began in February. Yet to this date, Marvel Studios has not confirmed any actor for the role.

If Adam Driver’s inclusion as Reed Richards in Fantastic Four is confirmed, it could be considered the first version of Reed Richards in the Marvel Universe. Leaving out the fleeting appearance of the edition shown in the movie Doctor Strange: In the Multiverse of Madness, which was brought to life by John Krasinski.

A Pretty Tough Casting, but with Possibilities for Surprises

The casting of the Fantastic Four members may be the most thorough search for actors that Marvel Studios has done. As of now, the search continues. After several months, they have no candidates to bring to life Reed Richards, The Thing, The Invisible Woman, Human Torch and Doctor Doom in the Fantastic Four movie.

Currently, there are only rumors about the casting of this superhero team. The character of Reed Richards is very important for the Fantastic Four, as he is the team leader. In the case of his wife, The Invisible Woman, the name of Vanessa Kirby (Fast and Furious) sounds a lot. As for the other two characters, there is still no name in sight.

There may be quite a few alternatives. On several occasions, Chris Evans started to return to his role as Johnny Storm or the Human Torch. This option is unlikely, although the actor could make a cameo, thanks to the multiverse.

Marvel Studios maintains its silence due to the policy of Kevin Feige, its president, not to disclose such information. However, there may be other reasons for withholding this information and providing fans with a surprise.

The company may want to present the official cast of the Fantastic Four at the San Diego Comic-Con in July. This would be a great way to reveal the Fantastic Four movie casting.
