There are plenty of films that we’ve been eagerly awaiting since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Though, few have been on our radars for as long as Black Widow. The MCU prequel will finally give the titular hero the backstory that we all deserve. And, thanks to us already knowing her fate, it hasn’t put a speedbump on the arrangement of other upcoming MCU films. A new Black Widow clip is here to remind fans that the film is still ready ahead of its summer release. Take a look at the sneak peek below, titled “You Got A Plan?”

The New Black Widow Clip Shows Sassy Sisters In Action

As one could have guessed, the black widow spider is a pretty solitary creature. The same thing could be said for the woman who chose the arachnid as her superhero title, or, as the other spider hero calls it, her “made-up name.” Despite us knowing Natasha Romanoff as a bit of a loner, Black Widow will be proving that her backstory hasn’t always been lonely.

The new clip shows Romanoff alongside Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh), a “sister-like” figure to Black Widow. They bicker over the best strategy to shake off a woman going after them on a high-speed chase. Eventually, it’s Belova’s idea that works best. Could the woman ready to take the Widow mantle be even smarter than our favorite Marvel assassin?

As advertised in the new Black Widow clip, the release date for the film is July 9th. For those lucky enough to live around open theaters, you can catch it on the big screen. The rest of us will have to order it on Disney+ through its premier access plan.

Readers, does the new clip from Black Widow have you feeling excited about the release? We know it’s been quite some time since we were supposed to see it, but that doesn’t mean it can’t still live up to our old expectations!
