Empire showed new images of the movie. Not only was Harrison Ford seen wearing the hat and whip, but also actor Mads Mikkelsen was seen as the new villain in Indiana Jones 5. In these publications, Empire revealed that he will be the movie’s villain with the character Voller, a Nazi scientist.

The production will like to end the story the way it began, with Indiana Jones fighting the Nazis. Empire published details about the character Voller and noted that he is based on a Nazi scientist who worked at NASA named Wernher von Braun.

According to Mads Mikkelsen’s statements, this scientist will seek to repair past events. The actor commented about his character, “He’s a man who would like to correct some of the past mistakes”.

These publications correct the rumors that Antonio Banderas was the movie’s villain. Since it became known that the Spanish actor would act in the film, rumors that he would be Indy’s antagonist rose. This now leaves in doubt what kind of participation Banderas will have in this production.

In this, Indiana Jones will discover the existence of a powerful relic and will look for a way to get it to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands. Rumors say that Indy will hand it over to the character played by Phoebe Waller-Bridge. However, many still hope Ford will change his mind at the last minute.

James Mangold will be directing this movie, who replaced Steven Spielberg at the last minute. Spielberg directed the Ferrari and Logan films, which for many credits him with giving Indy a sendoff.

This is due to rumors that Disney has problems with the film’s ending. And that it could be out of theaters if it does not have good reviews.
