They discussed the positives and negatives of Amazon Prime’s The Final List series. At that, the topic of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 productions came up. Pratt stated that the movie is a “Masterpiece” and will shock audiences. He did not give details about the plot or the characters in it. However, it is likely to be the best movie in the franchise.

In the statements made by Chris Pratt to Digital Spy, he detailed that the movie is a masterpiece. His comments were not due to personal opinions but to a talk, he had with the director James Gunn. They had a video call and talked about the movie, and James Gunn told him it was a masterpiece.

Pratt stated: “It’s fantastic. Director James Gunn just saw a rough cut the other day. I called him yesterday. We got in touch by Facetiming, and he’s very, very proud of the work that everyone has done. He said it’s the best work that all of us have done. He feels very, very confident. The script was incredible.”

Moreover, Pratt went on to detail his conversation with Gunn and stated that Gunn told him, “And I can say with complete confidence that he’s done a real masterpiece, and I can’t wait for people to see it. It’s James Gunn. He made all three movies, which is rare and special in the world of big blockbuster trilogies.”

He did not talk about the plot as he did not know about it. However, he clarified that this would be the last film in the franchise. Gunn would have already confirmed this fact in January 2022.

The star also highlighted the director’s involvement in all the films. Thanks to Gunn, all the movies made in this franchise were successful.
