The battle between Godzilla and Kong was an unprecedented event. The two most famous titans in the history of cinema had a confrontation without limits, with all of humanity as spectators of this event. The movie was so successful that Warner and Legendary MonsterVerse decided to develop a Godzilla vs Kong sequel, which already has an assigned title.

The new movie is titled Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. In this new production, we will see the same giants, although they will not fight but will help each other. What will be so fearsome that these two great titans decided to fight together to win?

The monster universe has a new movie under its belt. In fact, it would be the fifth one in these times. This movie is Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, Godzilla vs Kong sequel, which will present a new confrontation, although not between these titans. According to the synopsis, a lethal threat will come, and both will have to unite so that it does not eliminate them both.

Legendary and Warner develop the movie as one of the many productions of the MonsterVerse. The last one was Godzilla vs Kong, a remarkable success, considering that it grossed $470 million in its premiere when cinema was looking to get back on its feet due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The title suggests a changing plot in the world of monsters. In this new installment, each monster will live in its territory, with Godzilla as the king of the Titans. However, an entity will arrive to change everything in the kingdom. This being may even dethrone this monarch and impose itself over the other giants.

Whoever it is, we will surely live a fight like never before. These three monsters will shake humanity and even the rest of the titans of the planet. Who will be this threat? Will humanity have caused it? These are all questions generated by this Godzilla Vs Kong sequel and many expectations of the film.

Godzilla Vs Kong Sequel Movie Details

The Godzilla Vs Kong sequel will be titled Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. It is a film produced by Warner and Legendary. The filmmaker in charge will be Adam Wingard, who leads other productions of the universe, such as Godzilla Vs Kong. He will not be the only one repeating this time. This filming includes Brian Tyree Henry, Rebecca Hall and Kaylee Hottle.

Not all of them are former participants in the production, as there are new additions to the cast of this Godzilla Vs Kong sequel. These include Fala Chen, Dan Stevens and Rachel House. However, new additions can be expected in the development of this film.

The film’s plot will take place in a city, although we have yet to determine which one it will be. Both titans will emerge when they feel the danger of a new creature, which generates doubt if it is another supernatural being or if man created it. In the previous movie, the humans had to see how both fought, feeling powerless before such beasts. Therefore, we do not rule out that they created the creature to defend itself, but as a strange thing disobeyed the orders of its creators.

The Godzilla Vs Kong sequel is scheduled for release on March 15, 2024, if there is no production delay, which is very common in Warner. This movie raises a lot of expectations, especially considering the success of the previous installment.
