Our pick for place #10 on the list of the most anticipated sports video games goes to the one and only Forza Motorsport. We’ve been waiting for this game since the official 2020 announcement! It’s finally time to take it for a ride. 

Moving on to the ninth spot, we have WRC 2023. Now that Codemasters took over the development process, we are in for a ride (literally). For starters, players will be able to build their own rally cars!

The 8th place on the list of the most anticipated sports video games goes to EA Sports FC. While not many people know what this is, it is actually Fifa 24. This will be the 31st installment in the sports series. 

Our spot number seven goes to WWE 2K23. The one and only John Cena is the main cover star for this round. You can kick it after March 17th across all gaming platforms. You can check out the full trailer here. 

Yet another 2K game goes to our spot number six, and that is NBA 2K24. It’s going to be released for early access in September of 2023.

If you thought our spots from 10 to 6 were intense, check these out. Place number 5 on our list of the most anticipated sports video games goes to MLB The Show 23. This time around, the main cover star is Jazz Chisholm Jr. This baseball league video game is getting more intense with each release!

UFL 2023 rightfully claims fourth place. We still don’t have much information about the upcoming football game. However, we do know that the release is expected in early Autumn of 2023. 

Strangely enough, third place on our list of the most anticipated sports video games goes to a Star Wars game. Star Wars: Squadrons is an upcoming VR game. With the newest features of riding spaceships, it’s definitely on the top of this list. 

Spot number 2 goes to NHL 24. This ice hockey video game is next level. As NHL 23 was undoubtedly one of the best sports video games ever, we are excited to see the next one as well. It will arrive in October 2023. 

Coming in on spot number one, we have Madden NFL 24. The cover star of this game franchise was the one and only John Madden. With the passing of the famous football player and coach in 2021, we still don’t know who will be the next cover athlete. However, the game definitely has a lot to deliver in August 2023.
