Korean Spider-Man Fan Talks To Tom Holland And Zendaya In Adorable Video
It’s no secret that Spider-Man is pretty freakin’ awesome. He can swing between tall buildings, crawl on the ceiling, and save people! For one young fan, Spider-Man is his ultimate hero. Harang Seong, a nine-year-old boy living in South Korea, is obsessed with Spider-Man, saying that he dresses up as the web-slinger for Halloween every year and that he sleeps under Spider-Man blankets. Well, thanks to ODG Studios (a South Korean variety channel), this Spider-Man fan talks to Tom Holland and Zendaya in what I deem one of the cutest videos of the year!

The first part of the video shows Seong practicing his English with an English teacher (another adorable 9-year old named Yun-Seo!) and then sitting with a translator and talking to the stars of Spider-Man: No Way Home. Seong is adorably bashful, but reads his letter to Tom Holland and Zendaya, saying that he hopes that once the COVID-19 pandemic is over, they’ll come to Korea and meet him.

Seong also gets to ask some questions that any Spider-Man fan would be curious about, including how Spider-Man shoots out his spiderwebs (a wrist contraption called a web-shooter), what it’s like to hang out with Spider-Man (Zendaya jokingly said it was “the worst,” but then admitted it was “the best” but it’s not fun to swing around everywhere), and how hard you need to train to become an Avenger. The answer to the last question was especially heartwarming because both Holland and Zendaya said that Peter Parker was recruited and that you don’t need training. “Any kid can be Spider-Man. Anyone can be an Avenger,” they said, much to Seong’s delight.
He ends the chat by asking for an autograph, which he actually received! He also asked that Holland continue to make Spider-Man movies, which shouldn’t be a problem since it seems he’s going to appear in the next three Spider-Man movies! See the super cute Tweet of Seong getting his autograph below:

It’s nice to see Holland and Zendaya interacting with their fans around the world. As of now, Spider-Man: No Way Home is kicking box office butt, bringing in $260 million domestically and $587 million worldwide. The movie is the third in the Spider-Man franchise featuring Holland and Zendaya. The first movie, Spider-Man: Homecoming, debuted in 2017 and brought fans into Peter Parker’s life in Queens with his best friend, Ned Leeds, and fellow classmate, MJ. While audiences already knew who Holland’s Peter Parker was, it was only briefly (as seen in Captain America: Civil War). Spider-Man: Homecoming showed us a more in-depth look at Peter’s relationship with Tony Stark and introduced Adrian Toomes aka Vulture (played by Michael Keaton). In the second film, Spider-Man: Far From Home, Peter, Ned, and MJ attend a school trip to Europe, where they are attacked by random alien creatures and are saved by Quentin Beck aka Mysterio. While Mysterio seems like a good guy at first, he turns out to be bad and is killed by Spider-Man, but not before he makes a video confirming that Peter Parker is the one behind the Spider-Man mask! The third movie has to do with Peter trying to deal with the repercussions of everyone knowing his identity and accidentally opening up the multiverse thanks to a spell cast by Dr. Strange.
